Measure DORA metrics, audit pipelines, and interview engineers to find the real bottlenecks (often not the tool you think).
2. Quick Wins
Speed up the slowest pipelines, reduce flaky tests, fix the noisiest alerts. Build credibility while the bigger changes are designed.
3. Platform & Practices
Roll out IaC, GitOps, observability, and SRE practices. Train the team. Document everything in the codebase.
4. Operate & Hand Off
Run the platform with the team for a stabilization period. Hand off ownership with documented runbooks and an on-call enablement playbook.
Frequently asked questions
Do you bring in tools, or work with what we have?
We work with your existing stack wherever possible. We will recommend swaps only when the cost of keeping a tool clearly exceeds the cost of replacing it — and we will show the math.
Can you run our SRE function?
Yes, on a managed services basis — typically a hybrid model where we provide on-call coverage and tooling while your engineers retain service ownership. Pure outsourced SRE is rarely a good idea long-term.
How do you measure success?
DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR), incident volume and severity, on-call pager load, and developer satisfaction surveys. We baseline before we change anything.
