Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you place an engineer?
For common profiles (full-stack, cloud, DevOps), we typically present candidates within 5 business days and onboard within 2 weeks. Specialist profiles (ML, security) may take 2–4 weeks.
What if the engineer is not the right fit?
No-fault replacement within the first 30 days at no extra cost. After that, we work with you to either course-correct or transition to a replacement within 30 days.
Can engineers work in our time zone?
Yes — we offer IST, full or partial overlap with US PST/EST, UK, and APAC time zones depending on the engineer. Overlap windows are agreed up front.
How does pricing work?
Monthly rate per engineer based on seniority and skill. Transparent — no hidden recruitment fees, no markup on training. Volume discounts for multi-engineer teams.
